These guys are excellent, super quick, honest, friendly and will always go back for my repairs/MOT in the future. Took my 9-5 in, and they managed to fix all the major problems within a day which is brilliant, highly recommended!

They are always friendly, passionate about the cars, and so knowledgeable about parts and repairs. They are also so flexible in terms of fitting in work and booking in courtesy cars, and recommending cost effective solutions and strategies to help get the best value from my cars. The last car they sold me was a 9-3 Tid Sportswagon which was a joy to drive, super comfy and reliable, a really practical vehicle, with lovely design details. It's such a shame they don't make saabs anymore. Sometimes going to a garage with your car can be like going to the dentists - horrible but necessary - but going to Saabtech is like going to the hairdressers where you leave having had a nice chat and feeling better about yourself than you did when you went in. I've now used Malbrad several times to sort out my old 900 and for general advice, help and information. Steve's work on the car has transformed the cars reliability and usability. His knowledge of the marque is simply incredible, keeping in touch through out the works and openly and frankly discussing what the car does or doesn't need. I drive over an hour to take the car to him and will not be taking it to any one else. An invaluable service.

For me, Saabtec is like a day out. A Saab convert nearly 3 years ago, I like visiting Saabtec as there are Saab's everywhere! I drop my 9-5 off for the required work then I can easily spend an hour just looking at all the Saab's parked up.I come from Huddersfield, so it's hardly convenient, but I see it as a day out, I get a courtesy car, a Saab of course, and I spend the day visiting some attraction nearby.Saab specialists are thin on the ground now, but Saabtec know everything there is about them. If you're up north, then this is the place to come for your Saab maintenance, price is reasonable too.

Finally I've found a garage for my Saab I feel can trust! Had a dreaded roof problem with my 93 convertible. Mark and his team fixed it professionally and at a reasonable cost. Honesty and integrity is very hard to find usually. From my experience you can use Cromwell Saab with confidence.

Excellent and friendly service - it is not unknown to be offered a lift to a bus stop if dropping car off for a major repair or a service.

The standard of work and communication was faultless. If you own a Saab and are looking for a garage that treats your car like only you would, then I can't recommend these guys enough. Everything was done to the highest standard . Many thanks.
