I’ve been coming for a couple years now and it’s been what I wanted everytime. Donny is my stylists, he’s always so lovely and welcoming. Gives great advise too on different styles and colours.

First class service, I don't use anyone else!They always make such a fantastic job of my hair and I give them plenty of challenges with my ever changing hair colours!Great value for money. With what they do I always say they should charge more, they are very reasonably priced.

To say that I feel that I have been robbed is an understatement, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very rude and unprofessional. Was initially quoted £90 but had to pay £40 deposit which I accepted. During the waxing I must admit I was treated well considering the nature of the waxing, but was told it may be a good idea to have bit of hair on my abdomen waxed, and a bit of extra hair in my intimate area waxed, which I was advised would cost a little bit more. Judging by the prices on her price list I was OK with this (although thought the Hollywood should deal with front and back). When it came to paying I was told we would have to pay an extra £120 on top of the £40 deposit I paid. I didn't say anything at the time as didn't want to create a scene in front of my dad and husband and was in a state of shock. My husband has since questioned the costs as down south for what I had done the prices are a lot cheaper (regardless of a person's size _ I am an 18),. My husband was told that we had agreed to extra works prior, and also she said that because I was a bigger lady it was more difficult to get in to areas and was a big job. I did agree prior to the extra work (which was not a lot) not realising the charge would be an extra £120 more for literally a couple of extra wax strips, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very crafty/snakey.I followed all the instructions that she gave to make her job easier, so my size should not have come in to it. To add insult to injury I still have quite a few hairs that were missed. The price guide on her website is also out of date so I will be seeking advise as I'm sure she has not complied with trading standards regulations.I'm so upset, I feel like I have not got my monies worth, and I have been robbed and insulted. I will make sure that all I know in Stoke On Trent know about this place.

Always have amazing service at Ella! After consulting with Bradley earlier in the year about my insecurities with my grey hairs, he recommended doing a balayage to help balance the tones. Have now had 2 sessions and am loving my new look! The team are super friendly and welcoming, and Bradley has always been super knowledgeable when advising about my hair. Even after having reactions to patch tests of the toners before my first appointment (curse my sensitive skin!), he was able to reassure me we'd still be able to achieve my desired results without the toner - and he was right! I always leave feeling like a new woman and no longer feel anxious about going to the hairdressers - I can trust in the Ella team completely! Looking forward to me next appointment ❤️

Zoe is an absolute miracle worker with colour!! Super friendly service and the salon is gorgeous with a great alternative vibe

I have blow drys all the time and I paid £45 for a blow dry with a lovely young girl. She was clearly a junior and I thought £45 was quite expensive for a junior. My blowdrys normally last me up to 3 days but towards the end of the day I knew I would r get another day out of this blowdry. From the start my roots had t been pulled straight enough and it wants as shiny as they normally are. I haven’t been to this salon for a long time so I said any stylist but if you are gonna to use a junior I think this prose was too inch

Amazing salon! Rosie is an absolute perfectionist, always come away 100% happy with the service. Apart from being so good at what she does she is so friendly making me always feel comfortable in her hands. Highly recommend. Thanks Rosie & So ! x

Good service and within a price. Do my daughter's hair there every time and was never disappointed.
