Drug Testing Service

I completely agree with the other reviews!!! That lady with glasses she's such a rude person, not helpful at all and looking like she's giving you a favour every time you go there to get your medicine. She look and talk at you like she hate you and she cannot wait for you to leave, such a horrible worker. I have to ask the doctor to send my prescriptions elsewhere even thought that would be easier for me to go.

DO NOT USE.This fraud company is claiming to have sent me my test results, but they did NOT. We missed our flight because of this company and they’re refusing to issue a refund because their data base says it haa. I have checked my emails including all folders and the test was not sent the next day at all. They take your money and send out horrible customer service advisors to lie to you. I’m still emailing them back and forth for a refund even though it’s been two weeks. Disgusting.

Pls stop dealing with them if your case worker is Greg Ewart.2 months no result and no response by any means. I emailed him.. no answer.... phone him through receptions holding line.. put me into voice message.Totally unprofessional.......

I arrived at PCP nervous and broken. From day one the councillors, staff and group were warm, friendly and welcoming. Within days I felt safe and knew I was in the right place to start my own journey to recovery. Special thanks to Andy who was a brilliant key worker and councillor, teaching me all the life skills I have already started to use now I’m out of treatment. I have learnt so much about my illness and myself in such a short space of time, through group sessions, 121’s and spending time with people just like me, I wish I had done this years ago. Thanks to all at PCP, I can’t thank you enough.

We use DNA Legal for DNA testing and Hair Strand testing for Family legal cases. The staff are very helpful, the process is very easy, the results are processed and delivered very fast and set out clearly.

Excellent service delivery, going above and beyond. Communication simply explained for full understanding. Aftercare exceptional with on point relevant advice. Highly recommended.

0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE for the fear of being shouted at. There is a nice young lady with curly hair who i frankly feel bad for. the older man is condescending and rude, saying things like little lady" and "sorry hun". There is another older lady who will shout at you. Last time I went I asked whether I could leave my phone number so they could message me when the prescription arrived
